By using Your Digital Host ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Your Digital Host provides an AI-powered guest experience for holiday rental properties. Hosts enter their property information and receive a shareable link that guests can use to ask questions about the property and surrounding area.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
One account per person; you may manage multiple properties
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
3. Free trial and billing
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features
After the trial, a subscription is required to keep your Digital Host active
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current price displayed at signup
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
Payments are processed securely by Stripe
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (property details, photos, tips)
You grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service
You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not violate any laws
Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
5. AI-generated responses
The Service uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses to guest questions based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy:
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
You are responsible for the accuracy of the property information you provide
We recommend reviewing your guest experience to ensure responses are satisfactory
We are not liable for decisions guests make based on AI-generated responses
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will notify users of planned downtime when possible.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days, then deleted
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
